“This was my first visit and I am extremely impressed. The office building and exam rooms were sparkling clean and beautiful. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Doctor was thorough and all of my questions. She also talked through options/alternatives and why she wouldn’t recommend them in my case. The most impressive part was the discharge papers. I have several pages of facts about the illness as well as a page of very detailed discharge instructions. It is wonderful to have all of the details in hand when i leave. I have already several friends about this location. Excellent job and an A+ for Dr. Sanchez.”

“This was the best experience ever visiting a doctor. Everything about it was perfect. Quick, clean, explained well, priced right, well equipped. I asked if they could be my primary care physician, and they said no. I was disappointed, as my doctor is late, the staff is rude and incompetent, the wait is sometimes 2+ Hours, the place is filthy and they talk too much, and they say the same things each time. Doctors express was a totally enlightening change. I wish we could go here all the time. The doctor was kind, clear, understanding, comforting and personable. I would love to make this my regular medical care facility if I could. Thanks for a wonderful experience! Congratulations on your new location, and may you be successful!”

“The Staff at 1030 Main Street, Waltham could not have been nicer. My experience was wonderful! Everyone I came in contact with from the front desk staff, to the clinical assistant, the x-ray technician, and Dr. Cioffi all of whom displayed the highest level of professionalism, warmth and caring. I received the type of care that I remember in my childhood from my local family doctor. Dr. Ciofi was fantastic! Her examine was thorough, she took the time to discuss my illness, and provided very well explained treatment options. I felt relieved and confident under her care. My whole experience at Doctors Express was excellent. I usually seek treatment at one of the large hospitals in Boston but decided to try Doctors Express since it is very close to my home. I will be certain to pass on the word about this new excellent resource in our community. Thank you to all the staff.”
